On that greatest mathematician ever question, I would be remiss if I didn’t add Riemann to that standard list I had in my post above. A lot of people know him because of the conjecture in number theory, but he had a lot of fundamental contributions in analysis and geometry- some that play an important role in general relativity, which describes the system of the world in modern physics.

To my understanding, the centre is 3 units away from the origin (0;0), the circle's centre being (0;-3). The circle goes through the origin as it is a tangent. Why does the coordinate not correspond to the radius. That is what i do not understand
