Right knee hurting for seemingly no reason?

Hey guys, ive been lifting for a good 6 months straight, i took a week break off 1 month ago. I do a four day split, Back,Chest, legs, Arms/shoulders. Ever since that week break, whenever i try to do legs, my inner right knee begins to hurt, like the ligament is pulling and it causes a great deal of pain. Ive never had an issue with my legs before, they are the muscle group i'm the proudest of. Ive not increased weight for a month, several leg workouts i completed at the same weight and once getting back into it after the week break it hurts, i decided to put the weight down, still hurts. It happens with lunges, straight leg deadlifts, hamstring curls, basically every exercise i do bar calf raises. Sorry if i'm rambling but this is really getting me down and have no idea what could cause this or even how to fix this.

Will rep anyone who can help me

i have the exact same thing, and i dont know what it is either... i'm probably gonna do an MR of my knee to see what it is. i suggest trying out different exercises to see what hurts you the least, and be strickt as phuck on your technique.

How well do you warm up? I've started light biking for 5-10 min and foam roll.
