It's disgusting me how a lot of girls put on a lot of weight when they get older. They look ****ing hideous.
I've heard one girl complain that it's much more difficult for girls to lose fat than it is for guys. How true is this?
Also, fat people in general sometimes argue that it's in their genes to be fat ****s. Will some people simply always be fat no matter how healthy they eat and how much exercise they get? That sounds like a crock of **** to me honestly. The fat slobs can only find excuses.

Ok, so it might be harder for girls to lose weight but is this an excuse? I just don't see why you couldn't put in a lot of effort to get rid of that fat.
The thyroid problem sounds like bull**** too. You can still work out hard so shut the **** up.

Genetically, I wasn't as fortunate as some, my parents are both "husky" my dad is like 300 pounds, 6'3 with a 4-pack, a freak of nature farm boy but my mom has got to have the worst athletic genes ever lol. My mother is "allergic to sweating" and a great cook. Eating like my father and eating my mother's wonderful meals led to this beast:
Today I walk around @ a bf in the 7 percent range, I was between 10 and 12 in my avi, never got it tested then. Its all about motivation and moderation. Fat people are just lazy, point blank unless the doctor diagnoses you with a problem and you're not making some damn excuse off the top of your head.Hard work pays off. Simple.
I have lost over 100 pounds of fat while gaining some muscle along the way. You can reach your goals, just give it time and plenty of hard work.

its because women are the weaker/clueless sex. women are so stupid and worthless its funny. 99% of women you see in the gym that are still fat is because they think that running on a treadmill for 10-20 mins deserves for them to go home and eat a cream cheese bagel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. you dont burn off a cream cheese bagel in anything less than an hour of cardio. theyll never get it.
