Hey guys I was just wondering If anybody would be able to help me tweak my diet for the best cutting results. I currently do weight training 5 days a week for one hour with 20 minutes of cardio after every workout. This is the diet plan I have recently been following. I'm currently 6'0 185lbs.
8am-2 Scoop Protein Shake + banana (P-49.4 Carbs-44g F-4.6 Cals-405)
1030am-1 Instant Oatmeal, 1 Cup Egg Whites (P-29.15 Carbs-19.17 F-1.79 Cals-214.5)
1pm-Chicken Breast, 1 cup wholewheat rice, 1tbspn Peanut Butter (P-47 Carbs-76 F-17 Cals-610)
2pm Gym
330pm-Protein Shake (P-24 Carbs-6 F-2 Cals-140)
6pm-Chicken Breast, 1 Cup Wholewheat Rice, 1tbspn Peanut Butter (P-47 Carbs-76 F-17 Cals-610)
830pm-Broccoli 200g (P-6 Carbs-10.5 F-0.7 Cals-56)
1030pm-Protein Shake (P-24 Carbs-6 F-2 Cals-140)

Good structure, but 3 protein shakes seems a little much? If it were me, I would replace at least one of them with some real food. Something like almonds or tuna.
EDIT: you say you currently weigh 185 lbs. How much have you lost following your posted diet?Austin Texas Crew

I used to weigh around 230 when I started to workout. I've already cut alot of weight without THAT structured of a diet. I've been eating healthy and eating a lot of meals throughout the day but I have never actually made a structured plan for success. I wanted to make this diet plan to have something strict to follow for my last 10lbs. Thanks for the help guys!
