    How to fill up the collar bone?

    Hey guys i'm wondering, what muscles should you work on to fill up around the collar bone area? I know upper chest is one, but i heard something about shoulders too? Thanks

    You cant its a bone there is no muscle that covers it,the only way is if u put on weight until you start to see it fade because of the fat that is forming around it!!good luck!!

    it doesnt have to be fat....there is muscle around it. Build up ur neck and build up ur pecs...

    yeah ive been hitting upper chest hard and first on chest day and Ive been seeing the collarbone not protruding so much. Also traps and a little bit of shoulders. I know how you feel it bugs me too for some reason.
