Meal ideas for this diet plan

    Starting new diet today

Macros 50p 30f 20c on low calorie days

Macros 20p 5f 75c on the high calorie period (applies from 3pm onwards on training days. Morning to 3pm the low calorie ratio applies but split in half).

Any of you guys able to post up some meal ideas that fit either of those macronutrient ratios? Just looking for some ideas so i dont have to get paranoid and obsessively think about what meal to prepare.

Cheese and ham omlette pretty much fits the first ratio.

Baked potato with some tuna made with light mayonaise fits the second

Anything you can think of please share. Thanks

edit: some shake ideas would be great also

Gonna see whether im able stick to this diet plan properly. Its not easy with my schedule. If i fail then ill try something different. The idea of this current diet plan is to cut fat whilst re-feed the body when its in its most anabolic stage hence possibly gaining more muscle tissue.
