How about your on vacation. So give your body the "vacation".

It'll be all of about a week? Two weeks tops? Just don't get to carried away with it and enjoy it.

I usually put the weightlifting, diet and whole bodybuilding scene away and just relax. When I come back I feel fully recharged to hit it up again. Your body can USE a break once in a while!

However, cheerio's and tuna and peanut butter will be fine. Mix it a bowl, grab a spoon and shovel it down.
The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

Well, cheerios are damn tasty, but anyways you have many options:

    -Non-fat powdered milk
    -Oatmeal
    -WW bread
    -Whey protein
    -Nuts
    -Fruits

When I was on vacation for 4 weeks, I ate whatever the hell I wanted while still being smart to not go over my cals. I actually leaned out quite a bit (dropped around 15 lbs) though I'm sure I lost some muscle.

I don't regret it at all.
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

67 lbs in 9 years and still counting... (started at 100lbs)

It's a hater's job to hate. So let them hate...

I always bring along a few jars of salted/honey roasted peanuts when I'm on vacation, and munch on those whenever I'm hungry and food isn't there.
