    5 1/2 month transformation

    first pic was in january second pic was today they are both after working out chest. sorry that they are so big dont know how to resize

    wow amazing work there bro body seems to have grown evenly all over except your lats they on other hand are laggin but the rest is awesome 1 lagging part and otherwise being spot on is far better then mediocre proportions well done repped

    routine is
    chest/tris 3 swt 10-12 rep
    back/bis 3 set 10-12rep
    legs/shoulders 3 set 10-12rep
