5 1/2 month transformation
Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.

Wow man great job. Like everyone else said just keep doing what your doing. It seems to be working. Whats your daily intake like? Cals, protein, carbs, fat?

routine is
chest/tris 3 swt 10-12 rep
back/bis 3 set 10-12rep
legs/shoulders 3 set 10-12rep
rest
chest/tris 3 sets 4-6 reps
back/bis 3 sets 4-6 reps
legs/shoulders 3 sets 4-6 reps
chest-bench/incline bench/dumbbell flyes/push ups
tris- kickbacks/over head extensions/hand on bench push ups
back- bent over barbell row/wide grip pull ups/dont know what its called but i put my hand on wall bend my knees an bend over at waist a lil and pull my arm to my back
bis-dumbbell curl/incline curl/hammer curl
legs- squat/leg curls/prone leg curl/dumbell calf raises
shoulders-front raises/lat raises/dumbell shoulder press/shrugs
and for supps i take jack3d but stoped for like a month and once and a while ill take a whey shake but thats not often cuz it messes with my stomachAnyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do.
