    Chest twice a week?

I know this isn't the right thread, but I really don't like the teen area, and my thread will be on the second page within a few minutes.

Anyways, I was wondering if it would hinder my chest development if I were to do chest twice a week, rather than once a week?

I am leaning out slowly, except my chest still has some fat there, and I know I can't spot reduce, but I want to add more muscle to minimize the fatty look.

Just check my pics... my chest is *kind of* pointy, not really, but I just don't like it. It's weird. I'm 99% sure I don't have gyno.. I don't feel any hard tissue.

Hey man, awesome progress. Just keep eating clean, lifting, and cardio. You don't have much more fat to lose so stick with it.

I broke the 300lb mark for benching after switching to training chest/triceps twice a week. I think it's more a matter of recovery though. Some people don't recover as well as others so might need more time before training X body part again.
"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

    Dang, 300 lbs. That's awesome.
    I'm still hovering around 180 lbs :/
I'll probably add chest/triceps in twice a week now.
I think the only thing that recovers slowly for me are my legs. They are ALWAYS sore the next 2 days... even being on my 5th week of working out already.

I do chest 3 times a week on the 5x5 program. Flat Bench on the first day, dips on the third, and incline press on the fifth day. I'm seeing progress and not having any kind of problems.
