    insulin spike post workout

    what do you eat for this?

    heard white bread will do the trick but was thinking of getting a weight gainer for this purpose (and just taking 1 scoop instead of the 3-5 they all recomend) to use with my whey

    worth it?

    No need to spike your insulin postWO unless you're training to complete exhaustion, don't buy into all the hoopla. Just have a simple banana with your protein shake. There are much better uses of money than dextrose or weight gainers.
