Well there are 2 locations for logs; losing fat section or the nutrition section. Maybe the latter is more appropriate?

I have no clue for a name lol..

In other news, dropped to 196.2lbs this morning. Feels good and it confirms that I should just cycle calories to make progress

197 was my short term goal, next is 195, 193, 190. Step by step, I'll get there.

    Have a good day all!!

You didnt finish either of the contests?? that really sucks dude, sorry to hear... it has been a pretty rough week/s for you from what Ive been reading here and in your log...

What stack did you get from AI? I saw one on whey cheap a few days ago that i considered but I had 0 money at the time so it didnt happen...
I'm kind of disenchanted with supplements right now anyways. I've got a few that I know are effective and am going to be using regularily, but lots of the fancy pre-workouts and fat burners and what not... I don't have any use for em. I kind of want to try BioForge when it's back in stock, and maybe a few random T-Boosters with different active ingredients... The Bols stack looks cool... but aside from all that, pfft. I'll take my caffeine, GABA, Kre-Alkalyn, and Karbo-Lyn and be good with it all lol. Still an extensive stack to some but.... I'm a recovering supp-slut. lol

Sorry to hear that TJ. Too bad you couldn't finish your contests, but sometimes life gets in the way. Like you said, there are things more important that also need your attention and care. Good job for being there for your son, that's being a good dad/man is all about.

I have been reading some other personal logs as well, but I'm in for a new one of this. Maybe some new people can join to get some fresh talks and motivation, new goals, new issues haha..

    Have a great day all!

Sooo last night, not only did I go to the strip club, but I also managed to fit into my men's 29 pants that I bought at the end of the second contest I was in! Last month I was still over an inch away from buttoning them, and at the beginning of the contest it was closer to 2 inches!

    Beefcake is WINNING
