    Genetically Strong in Legs?

    Well guys I never play sports or anything but my dad played pro soccer. Yesterday I worked out legs and I was shocked about my stats. My weight is 137lbs too.

    Squat - 275x4
    Leg Press - 720x3
    Leg Extensions - 170x8
    Machine Calf Raises - 400x8

    Isnt this just genetics? I barely workout legs but after seeing my stats this high I am motivated to workout legs more

    I squatted normally with a belt on. What does atg mean? I did it full since I had a trainer spotting me. He was surprised too

    Most is believable. Strong, but believable. Betting that leg press was nowhere near full ROM though.

    I had 16 plates 8 on each side and they were in full range 3 solid good reps. The 3rd one was difficult but the first 2 were somewhat easy

    Squat 275x4 somewhat hard to belive but possible. Thats pretty great at full range of motion.

    I think a few kids here that are taller and wiegh more can squat at 275+ and higher thats pretty solid what you got there.

    Im confused can you bring me some insight on how your leg workout was?

    Where you going heavy that day or something. The workout routine seems A little od. Iv seen a few but im confused. Wouldn't you preferably go with a higher rep scheme for squats to hit your legs and maybe finish off with leg presses?

    Chances are you used terrible form and only did half of the proper ROM. Video tape it. Until then i dont believe it. Not because youre unusually strong but because you dont know anything and never work your legs.
