Feeling horrible this morning.. Sinus I guess.

Woke up at 330 to eat my first meal.. Felt bad.. Went back to sleep for about an hour and decided that I will wait to do legs tomorrow morning. If I feel better this afternoon, i'll knock out some cardio and abs..

So instead of a high carb day, I'll switch it to a low carb day

OMG, Had a smell in the break room that almost drove me crazy while I was heating up my 3rd meal...

Sick leg session this morning.. Will post up my weights I moved when I get to work. But my squats felt great but I NEED MY BELT!!!! APT has slacked a little. Got an email with an update on it but still kind of a grey area when they said they would send it.. FML


But I think the reason I had such a sick session was that I broke out my fall workout gear.. It will make you 2333x more anabolic

great leg session today. I woke up and really wasn't feeling it. But once I started doing some squats, it was feeling good!! Wish my freaking belt would come in!!!!

But my legs are starting to lean out pretty well. Still got a LOOONG ways to go

I'm still very weak in my squats to what I think I should be. But I should throw some good numbers up once I get my belt in. Felt like I could have gone up another 20 pounds no problem for four reps..

But by god I'm getting there lol
