Sick leg session this morning.. Will post up my weights I moved when I get to work. But my squats felt great but I NEED MY BELT!!!! APT has slacked a little. Got an email with an update on it but still kind of a grey area when they said they would send it.. FML
But I think the reason I had such a sick session was that I broke out my fall workout gear.. It will make you 2333x more anabolic

great leg session today. I woke up and really wasn't feeling it. But once I started doing some squats, it was feeling good!! Wish my freaking belt would come in!!!!
