I was running a bit late this morning so had to hold off on my PWO meal until I got to work. Eating my chicken and potatoe now..
EDIT: FORGOT MY FREAKING RICE FOR MEAL 3! FUUUUUUUUUU this makes me want to rage...

thanks for the words guys.. This is really the only way I can tell that I'm still looking decent lol. If I took these pics in the gym, it would look a ton better. Took some other shots but these will do for now. I'll post up more in a week or so. Just a slow and steady process.
My workout this morning (HyperTrohpy chest/back) was sick. I had a sick pump... But it was something I haven't really felt before in my chest.. It was basically a pump and I could flex my pec, and it would slightly tighten up and it was rock solid.. It was awesome
My chest has really leaned out a lot but still have a bit of fat on it. Back is getting dialed in and my arms are getting there as well. I promise I will post workouts tonight when I get off from work. Will do cardio again tonightOwner of the Iron Mulisha

Thanks for checking in guys... A good update will be going on tonight when I get home from work. Today is a total off day. But will do cardio this afternoon. Just to make up for the weekend.. But everything from now on will be on point. Should be good things. But a good update tonight for sure since I'll have some free time.

But I will be helping out doing some demos for CL in the local area. Everything has been cleared with the boss... They don't do demos now so I'm going to be their "tester"
Before, I used to do store demos for EST while with XF... EST wasn't to great with their demo reps..

man, horrible workout this morning. Energy sucked.. My shoulder joints are killing me.
Started out trying to do decline bench and I went for 275 and couldn't get 2 reps. So I stopped for risk of injury.
Then went to incline.. Felt fine. Threw up 110's pretty easy..
Went to dips, couldn't hardly do 6 reps with BW. Shoulder joints were killing me.
So I'm going to make a couple of changes to my supplement program. Going to change preworkouts and going to mega dose some joint support. Still waiting on my belt to come in. Hopefully it will come today cause I have heavy legs tomorrow.
I did have a decent pump in my chest. My back was solid as always. It was just an all around sh*tty workout. But tomorrow is another day and there are many more days on this journey
