love pandora and its always pretty spot on. but I am a big crystal method fan so they songs it picks in that "genre" are always pretty good.
1 and a half day for me until the 3 day vacation, then its work from home Tuesday...lol

Happy 4th everyone.
Good weekend so far. Yesterday was fun. Pool party again with a few friends, drank some cold ones, and went out to dinner and a movie last night. Diet wasn't too good at all yesterday. Onlything that was really bad was the beer and the PF Changs I destroyed last night. No worried though. I did have an epic shoulder workout on Saturday and Friday I did some quick chest.
Today I'm off cause I've got to do some things around the house. No cardio cause I'll get my cardio in from cutting the yard Tomorrow I'm off work and I'll be doing some legs hopfully if my leg is back enough..

Just had a sick arm session with some abs thrown in there. Will be heading back tonight to do some cardio.

Had an awesome weekend. Saturday night was epic... so epic
Had a lot of people comment over the weekend how I'm looking and how I'm starting to shape up. It's funny cause now everyone is interested in my show. I was sipping on some lemonade XF Whey and everyone wanted to try it by the pool. People wanted to drink that instead of their "pool Drinks" lol.. Awesome
People all day were asking for tips on diet and training. That is what makes me feel good. I'm not into bodybuilding for the money or trophies (I'm no where near the area of winning money and I can go buy a damn trophy) but for people to want to better themselves... Awesome feeling.. Oh and getting checked out by other shortys doesn't hurt either

Glad to hear you had a great Holiday weekend!
I drank slushy XF Lemonade myself all weekend while everyone else was drinking the real thing and/or alcohol. But I was a good girl and only had 1 margarita (<-- margarita whore), but unfortunately those don't do very good with my diabetes and diet... lol
I know what ya mean when people ask about diet/training. My family and friends ask me all the time too. And they need the help, I cringe over what they ate all weekend. lol But what makes you think the "shortys" were checking you out??

I love the Lemonade whey. It makes LIFE so much easier. It gets so hot down here and nothing beats a ice cold Lemonde shake. I could drink it all day long. I can't wait to see what Dave is going to do with the watermelon.
What few friends I have, none are into working out or fitness in general. Before I moved to cali, all my friends were into it. Cut ties with everyone and now the new friends have nothing to do with it. SO it feels good when they ask. Sometimes it gets under my skin when I get total strangers ask me but I remember that I once was in there shoes. So now I don't mind it as long as they are willing to listen. I'm like, You ask for my advice, not to debate.
I love rita's too I had a few cold ones and some whiskey this weekend. I could tell I'm not used to it cause by 1:00 in the morning, I was very dehydrated. It took all day yesterday for me to get back to normal.Owner of the Iron Mulisha

Yeah the lemonade was on point for me, so I didn't feel like I was missing out. Really looking forward to the Watermelon!
I'm in the same boat with friends/family. None of them workout or pay attention to diet... and they don't understand me (they think bc I'm "skinny" I shouldn't worry about it). They are constantly trying to force feed me junk. Literally at last nite's cook out there wasn't a single thing I could eat (they had hamburgers/hot dogs, chips, dip, pie, cupcakes, etc.). They acted insulted bc I wouldn't eat any of it. I ended up eating baked scoops and dip (salsa and low fat cream cheese)... which isn't horrible, but I'm betting that's why my stomach was a mess today!
Yeah, me and alcohol don't mix that well. I can get rocked off 1 good margarita, lol. Not to mention those are about the worst mix drink you can have (something like 900cal's and tons of sugar). lol~ Julie

Just finished cooking
4lbs of lean (5% fat) beef and just some turkey burgers to get me the next couple of days. I don't like cooking a lot of turkey burgers at once. Usually don't eat after about a day or two old..
