What's good everyone... Great weekend I must say. Had a blast and I got to cheat yesterday lol.. Hooters Wings FTW!
Kill a quick chest session yesterday and because of Monday's schedule I did shoulders today.
After my shoulder session today, I rode the bike up to the Harley shop where they were having a bikewash.. Bought me some new pegs and got the bike washed.. It needed it.
Diet has been on point except for yesterday. IT was an all day trasher. Had a lil pool party last night. Didn't go to bed till about 5 in the morning... It was fun
Other than that, the weekend went by to damn fast. Tomorrow it's back on the grind. I need to get rich so I don't have to work for a livingOwner of the Iron Mulisha

So it's back to the grind. Monday's FTL
Had a great weekend and this coming weekend should be pretty fun as well. I'll have a three day weekend cause I'll have Monday off. May take Tuesday off as well. I'll just have to see. May save my days and take some extra time off in the fall.
No gym today. Trained Friday, Sat, and Sun so everything is good. Still feel I'm losing fat cause my pants are fitting a bit better> I'm just hold a lil extra on the stomach. Everywhere else is solid. We'll see how this week goes.

Word... I'm stoked about the weekend for sure.. I'm just ready to be off work though.. I forgot my lunch today so I'll have to go to the other building and buy a grilled chicken sammich for lunch.
My recomp is going quite well. Had a few comments at the pool saturday that I'm getting my size back and the waist is getting smaller.. That's always goodOwner of the Iron Mulisha

Improvised lunch (Meal 2)
Med. Salad with nothing but a ton of Chopped egg whites, a few pieces of chicken, fat free ranch, and a little bit of cheese. Oh and Hot sizzle
Then Grilled Chicken sammich on WW bun... Reduced Sugar Ketchup and Hot sizzle

Normally it's all done on off days. I had planned to take today off even from cardio but Krystal didn't get to bed until late today so she'll be sleeping. Might go do cardio before she wakes up...
But it's about 30-45 min walking.. HR at 135..
My workouts usually average about 30-45 min and my HR is around 135 as well.

Don't be so hard on yourself. You have 17 weeks.. You'll make amazing progress. the hardest thing during prep is waiting on the results. Like everyone, we want results very quickly. 17 weeks is a long time. YOu'll KILL IT!!
I'll need this type of support when i prep so you remember that
What did you do to it? Can you ice/heat it?
