Hey guys. I'm new to these boards and wanted to see how valuable they can be. I haven't had good luck in the past on any type of workout forums but have been told users here know their stuff. I have been working out for around two and a half years now and I love it. However I want to bulk up and build more lean muscle. I am currently 6'0 185 lbs. My goal is to hit 200 but not by "dirty loading". Basically I'm looking for someone to give me a workout routine that worked for them and pass it along to me. I currently hit the gym 5 days a week and mix up the exercises working the following body parts together:
Back/Shoulders
Biceps/Triceps
Chest/Legs
I generally do 5 sets of 3 for each workout and will bounce back and forth between exercises to conserve time. I am also on a high protein diet, usually intake sits around 200 grams per day and I stay away from any refined sugars. I also take Jak3d pre-workout. I'm open to suggestions and would welcome any knowledgeable feedback and someone willing to help me out. The more detail the better.
Thanks!!

workout
If you are serious PM me and I can give a few examples. Me and my lifting buddy workout 6 days a week where in Afghanistan and have mixed it up so much that we are sore every day. I've gotten stronger in every area as well as my partner. My bench max is now almost 260 yet I have never really max for one rep, but do several low reps at a higher weight. The week before I struggled with 235LBs on flat bench the next week I did it 3 times. My goal in the next two weeks is 275.
If you want some ideas, let me know.Intensity…Intensity….Intensity
