    A Warrior's Path

    This is my new thread. Basically I am going to my 3rd year into college. However I am planning to transfer to a JUCO school during the winter. I plan to send in a highlight types of me doing DB drills and basic speed drills. I have been calling coaches to let them know about my intentions. One even allowed me to send in a type this summer but my mom get diagonsed with lung cancer so I gonna stay home and suppport the family. Sometimes things don't work out when we wait them to but God always has a plan. So I'm gonna get to work. Any Suggestions are appeciated. I rather listen to u guys than see washedmead at the gym.....telling me why I use a box when I squat. B

    Plyometics: VJB Novice

    DE Lower:

    1. Barbell Jump Squat: 65x6x3
    2. Barbell Lunges: 120x2x5
    3. RDL Explosive: 95x3x10
    4. Side Lunges w/9 lb chanis: 3x10


    Hip and Glute Work:

    1. Band Hold (hold one leg up and kick out for 15 sec w/hold and 15 sec in between): 3x15 sec each leg
    2. Bird Dogs (5 sec hold): 2x10
    3. Glute Ham raise (5 sec hold): 2x10
    4. Fire Hydrants: (5 sec hold): 2x10
