    Markyg Video Log

    Hi guys,

    Making this a separate thread to my lifting log as this will be updated far less frequently s I rarely bother. I`ll be uploading videos from my first meet back in April but here`s one I took tonight. Apologies for the length, I don`t have any video editing software so if someone could recommend something free it would be appreciated.

    Big milestone for me this really. Not on par with a lot of people but repping 3 plates has been a goal for fooking ages

    Anyway, enjoy.
