    Weird throbbing in my tricep

There is this weird trobbing, no pain but it just keeps throbbing every now and then, I can stop it by moving my arm around a bit, I'm not sure what the hell it is :/ I worked out last night also, so might have something to do with that..

Also, I have a numbness in the the tip of my pinky finger, this has been there for ages, I haven't been able to fix that, I also get pins and needles in my hands even if lying down straight on my back!

What do you guys think this is? I have been thinking it is either, Poor Circualtion, something wrong with a nerve, maybe anxiety? Yeah not sure what do you guys think?

Also I know this isn't an injury but thought you guys here would have a good idea of whats going on!

that could be snapping triceps syndrome or dislocating ulnar nerve if it comes from the medial side of the elbow
