I'm 329 lbs and at 5"11 which is obviously pathetic. I agree but I'm ready to change. I know at this point any exercise is good exercise.
Here is where I have a question
Ketch Mcarnold formula
BMR 2105 Tdee 2525
Miff.St Jeor I think it's called
BMR 2851. Tdee 3421
I used 52% bf to get these numbers although I'm not sure of the exact number.
With these 2 Tdee numbers what number should I go with? Right now I am very obese and I probably should just test a number around 2000 calories. Just my idea though on that
Any suggestions?

kach usually underestimates with high BF%
mifflin is meant for a leaner user
use kach for now. try a 500 deficit, and track it for a month. note the weight changes. if it's more than 1lb/week, your TDEE is higher than 2525, but if it's less than 3lb/week, it means you're at a good 1000 cal deficit and should continue with it.

Ketch McArdle is a more accurate calculator if you can provide an accurate BF% to plug into the calculator.
Use this stick for somehwere to start : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=156380403
I think you could get away with a 1000 cal/day deficit
