here's two of my sets from a recent workout - the first is 225x5 and the second 265x3. I'm posting this in addition to general critiques, but I'm wanting to know if my lower back rounding is acceptable or still too great and if these are low enough to pass in USAPL. I'm still working on hip flexibility and these are a couple inches lower than even a short time ago.
