I feel like its a waste of a day when i give shoulders its own day. Do you guys give it its own day or throw em in with other muscle group?
Also, what do you usually do with legs?

If you are really blasting your delts and traps then honestly you will want them on their own day. You wont feel like doing anything else.. Try these overhead presses (correct form) squeeze at the top do 3 to 5 sets of 5 to 8 and tell me you want more. And yes you will feel them in side and rear delts pretty hard as well. I usually feel it more in my side delts
