2 year knee injury that could have been totally prevented
12 weeks of physical therapy
Starting to play rugby again after a two year hiatus
Goals:
Drop some bodyfat and hopefully get to around 205-215 @ 10-12%
Work on completely rehabilitating my knee
Increase my speed, agility, and conditioning
Get back to my old total and then work on increasing my lifts
Compete in two or more PL meets this year
Make A-Side rugby for my college team
