    Rugby Training Log

    Introduction

    Stats:
    5'10 @ 250 lbs and 16-18% BF
    1,200 Raw Total (445/250/515)
    2 year knee injury that could have been totally prevented
    12 weeks of physical therapy
    Starting to play rugby again after a two year hiatus

    Goals:
    Drop some bodyfat and hopefully get to around 205-215 @ 10-12%
    Work on completely rehabilitating my knee
    Increase my speed, agility, and conditioning
    Get back to my old total and then work on increasing my lifts
    Compete in two or more PL meets this year
    Make A-Side rugby for my college team
    Win a National Championship

    Monday: ME Lower
    Squat / Deadlift Variant (3 x 1 @ + 90%)
    Unilateral Quad Accessory
    Posterior Chain Accessory
    Upper Back Accessory
    Weighted Core Work

    Tuesday: Cardio

    Wednesday: ME Upper
    Bench Press Variant (3 x 1 @ + 90%)
    Triceps / Pressing Accessory
    Lat / Upper Back Accessory
    Arms / Forearms Accessory

    Thursday: Cardio

    Friday: Off

    Saturday: Cardio

    Sunday: DE Upper
    Speed Bench Press (8 x 3 @ 50%)
    Lat / Upper Back Accessory
    Shoulder Accessory
    Weighted Core Work

    Nutrition

    2,200-2,500 calories
