Day 12
Todays workout is Chest, Tri's and shoulders.
So I got some good sleep today. My shoulder was killing me. So I iced it and took some alieve. Didn't help to much. I'm really bummed about this. Untill about 3 weeks ago my Bench was 265 for reps, Squat was 365 for reps, Deadlift 395 for reps.
Benching tonight was horable. Everything felt just wrong. I have this tendency to judge myself by how much I lift. I know now that that may not happen again. Lifting Heavy. This make me very angery.
Chest:
Decline Bench: 10x95, 10x95, 10x95 (Easy)
Super Set with
Decline Flys: 15x20, 15x20, 15x20 (Easy)
Standing Low cable Flys: 20x20, 20x20, 20x20
Shoulders:
Front Raises: 15x20, 15x20, 15x20
Super Set with
Lat Raises: 20x20, 20x20 , 20x25
Tri's:
Pulldowns: 10x100, 10x100, 10x100
Super Set with
Standing Overhead Ext: 15x50, 15x50, 15x50
Cardio:
30 min Eliptical Sport interval Lvl 6
I have a saying that I will carry with me for the rest of my life and it's what drives me forward. Submission NOT Optional.

I went to the Orthepedic doc like 3 weeks ago. He told me it is an inflamed shoulder joint. Basiclly lifting or physical activity will make it hurt. Right now my options are inflamation meds. Then if the pain can not be managed by meds then surgery. He told me I could lift. There is nothing wrong with the muscles or tendons. That is why I'm doing the decline bench. Flat bench kills me. That is partly why I'm so upset. I just want to lift heavy. I don't think its going to happen. For right now. So the goal is to CUT, CUT, CUT. I have good muscle I just need to expose it.

Day 13
Today was dedicated to Cardio
So here's the deal. No more crying from me. No one wants to read some guys sobb story. So!!! Today was pretty good. I did 45 min on the eliptical and then played softball for an hour. My Team is now 6-1 heading into the playoffs sitting pretty good.
Tomorrow I will hit legs and Abs. I am bound and determined to win this thing at all cost. My target weight will be 225 lbs. I weighed myself tonight and I weigh 250 lbs thats 7lbs in two weeks. I use target due to the fact that I will hit it dead on the bullseye.

Day 14
Today's workout Legs
So I got some pretty good sleep. In fact my son let me sleep in today. A good friend of mine wanted to meet up at the gym today for a leg session. What a perfect idea. So, we killed it. I took 4 NO-Beta about 20mins before the workout.
Squat: 135x10 (Warm up) 185x10, 205x10, 235x10
Super set with
Lunges: body weightx15 for 3 sets
Leg Ext: 100x15, 110x15, 120x15 (All sets easy)
Super set with
Leg Press: 420x10, 510x10, 600x10 (All sets easy)
Romanian Deadlift: 135x10, 135x10 135x10 (All sets Easy)
Super set with
Leg Curls: 100x15, 110x15, 120x15 (Last set was a working set)
Cardio:
30mins Eliptical
The NO-Beta is crazy stuff. After I complete a set its like I didn't lift any weight at all. The recovery between sets is crazy. I love it. The pump well. ITS THE PUMP!!!!!!! NO-Beta inables you to push past the pain. I feel more alert and focused Good stuff.
