    counting calories in oats

On the nutrition label its says that its 120cals for 1/3 cup. Is it dry or prepaped? Because when you cook it with water it expands.. so do i need to mesure 1/3 cup or EXPANDED oats?

I'm fully aware what cooking oats does to the volume.
