    Angry Shoulder Imbalance ? Fix ?

    My left shoulder is bigger then my right i am lefty i play no sports just lift never have any problems lifting but this imbalance is irritating can any one tell me how to get it on par

    really helpful post mate.

    i suggest swapping to a dumbell routine if ou havnt already, chances are its more than just your shoulder thats uneven.

    all i really do is squat bench deadlift and i started doing military presses i was thinking should i start doing all ttypes of raises for my right shoulder only ?

    Bad idea. Just keep lifting normally. They will even out eventually.

    I dunno, I would of thought switching to Dumbell and starting on the left, doing a set or two more on the left than the right.
