can you loss muscle from eating too much carb? specifically white rice.

You wont lose muscle, but excess carbs can cause you to gain unwanted poundage. Switch to brown rice, and still adjust carb intake to meet your workout aims.

white rice = simple carb
brown rice = complex carb
though brown rice is just white rice without the husk removed, it contains almost 3 times the fiber and is more filling; there are also a bunch of other nutrients you get with brown rice e.g. magnesium, zinc, etc.
As long as white rice fits your macros it's sort of a w/e deal but I would always opt for brown because you can get more out of the same amount.virtue.

there two different metabolic processes in the body bro eat all the carbs you want it wont have any negative effect on your lean mass gains but you dont need know where near as much carbs as some of these die hard bulkers are saying you need, 500 caloric surplus 40 40 20 marco's adjust from there ...and keep it brown rice to keep your blood sugar stable.
