I signed up and took my beginning pictures on June 4th which I will upload in the morning.
I started out at 215lbs and approximately 19.2% bodyfat. I'm using Orange Cream Creadyl and NoBeta. I must say that the Orange Cream Creadyl is absolutely delicious...I was shocked.
I'm excited and motivated for this new challenge and will give it my all. I have put on a decent amount of fat during the past two years and it is time for it to go bye-bye.
I'm following a high protein/fat diet as that is what works best for my body.
Good luck to all the contestants!

Thanks guys
So far so good.
I wasn't able to work out today because I got mandatory O/T at work last night, but my diet has been squeeky clean.
My diet consists of:
Whole eggs
Chicken breast
Top round london broil
Beef jerky (when I get stuck at work after hours)
Lean turkey bacon on occasion
Nuts (mostly almonds)
Skippy natural peanut butter
Extra virgin olive oil
Green veggies (broccoli, spinach, green beans, asparagus)
It feels good to get back with the program.2008 Recomp Contest Results ~ http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=110947661

Breakfast consisted of 3 whole eggs today.
Today I did P90x Shoulders and Arms.
The workout went great for just starting back up again. I still feel fairly weak compared to what I used to be, but that should change shortly.
I took Creadyl and NO-beta immediately before my workout.
Considering joining a gym again...I just quit my gym in May, I'd like to find a cheaper one in my area.
Short post, running late for work.2008 Recomp Contest Results ~ http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=110947661

I've been doing cardio at the gym.
Diet has been good, except for Father's day.
I did p90x here and there until I started going to the gym last week. P90x is pretty damn intense and I'm not ready for it yet, ESPECIALLY THE YOGA, OMG! I thought oh okay yoga day, this shouldn't be too bad.
I wiped out on my motorcycle last week so I have not been able to lift yet, but hopefully I'll be good to go by next week. Luckily I did not break any bones.
Yesterday's diet:
Meal 1: 3 whole eggs
Meal 2: Grilled chicken with natural PB
Meal 3: Grilled chicken with natural PB
Meal 4: Nonfat cottage cheese and almonds
Creadyl/No Beta:
I see that the supplements definitely increase my vascularity which is typically non-existant since I'm carrying some fat.
My mood is also affected in a positive way.
Creadyl's taste is fantastic.
I will be able to comment more on other categories once I start weight training next week.
I walked 4 miles on the treadmill in 60 minutes at the gym, no weights.
Once my arm is healed up I plan on started Scivation's Tri-phase workout plan. I actually started it right before my accident, but will have to restart it.
I'm heading to Maryland this weekend to test with Prince George's County police department.2008 Recomp Contest Results ~ http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=110947661

I haven't had it in milk before but I'm sure it tastes a lot better than it does in water. The vanilla is okay, but has a bit of an aftertaste.
