You pay top dollar for a can of name brand tuna, and guess what all is in there?
Everything you eat is contaminated one way or another if you live in the US.
The only way to not get contaiminated food would be to live on an island in the middle of the ocean, and grow/raise your own veggies/meat.
And you would still probably find some sort of contaminate in it.
