I put it back to completely flat and instantly set a PR. Explains all the problems I've had with bench stalling.
However my overhead press has been going up significantly. Is it possible that after I fix this decline that i start experiencing declines in my over head press?
i meant an incline*****

Edit: If it's actually on an incline, of course your bench would go up to flatten it out. As long as you use heavier weights to go with the increase, no your triceps should be fine.

1. How did you not notice a 15 degree decline?
2. Don't most people decline more than they flat bench?314/231/352/881@123

"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

I would now like to mention that a week after a very heated thread that resulted in many reps, negs, and bans, I randomly ended up spending three hours next to one of the main contributors on a flight from KC to LA. Never say never.
And that if you make it very far at all in powerlifting, you will end up meeting quite a few people on here.
That is all.314/231/352/881@123

this thread makes me consider sliping a 10lb plate under the end of my bench so that i can bench with a slight incline and then hit a pr when i go back to flat.
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
EDIT: im going to try doing a few sets like this after my main bench **** for a few workouts and see what happens.
