Maybe I'm still on my postworkout high but I just realized that the teen section is a huge joke. My serious posts and contributions are never taken seriously and "how to get abs" threads and the like are more prevalent than serious threads and discussions. It's a huge flamefest over there most of the time and if that's not the case, then ******** threads/sex threads/troll threads take over which literally annoys the hell out of me. There's very very few teens there who are mature or have any real experience at all. I've only been to the over-35 section less than I can count on my hand.
Am I welcome to take part in the over-35 section?

What? "Older folks!!!???" LMAO I would rather imagine that most of us 'old folks' wouldn't mind in the least. You seem like a thoughtful, mature 'youngster.' LOL There is more often than not excellent advice and information to be gleaned from this Over 35 forum. I can certainly understand why you would want to participate. For my part, welcome!

IMO the over 35 section is the best of all the forums. A lot of great info here. I think you being here would be fine.

From what I've seen, the over 35 section is often like the teen section, except with a higher level of vocabulary.
That's why I stopped browsing here...I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

That's ok. I plan on winning the misc contest in my weight division.
I appreciate the welcomes. I always enjoy having a laugh but the teen section tries way too hard (and too much).
after about 5 hours of lifting on and off I wasn't looking too pretty. I'm enjoying the hair for the moment though before I leave to bootcamp in august.MSC

have fun. my fiance' is currently in white phase at army bootcamp at ft. benning, GA. it doesn't look like fun from the pics i've seen, but because he was weight training/running before he went in and was in decent shape, it made some of the stuff he's had to do a bit easier.
