Been training for 1 year, Iv been messing about with a thew routine's but i am just going to start useing a 5 day split and i am going to make a log of it for you guys to follow.
Some Stats:
Hight: 5,9
Weight: 154
Biceps: 13"
Chest: 38"
Shoulders: 45"
Routine yet to do:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Shoulders
Wednsday: Off
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Back
Sunday: Off
I also run 3 times a week on tue, thur, and sunday.
