Wow. I pulled 405x1 probably December or November ish of 2013 after doing sheiko #29. I hurt my back warming up that summer because I had tight hammies and no core-was doing full time construction work and it was just too much. Pretty sure I blew a disc.
So I rack pulled from the 2nd pin from the bottom last week, 3x5x135. So I'm working my way back to the ground and then on to 6 plates, let's try this again. I was 227 then and now I'm 203ish..last time I weighed this little my arms were an inch smaller, so don't think I lost everything.

Got along ways to the 6 plate deadlift.
Currently I leave a loaded bar ready to deadlift between diapers and commercials. The bar currently only has 265.
Today This is what I pulled on my walk by breaks:
    1 x 265
    2 x 265
    3 x 265

Currently aiming for 4 plate dead lift. Its not 405 but 397 as I'm using 20kg plates but it's still a goal.
Latest max was 336 x 5 with pretty horrendous form. So took a de-load to work on form.
Current estimated max 386 so I'm pretty freaking close.
Going to take it easy for now and work and form and aim to hit that in around a months time.

4 plate is doable. imo deadlift gets more difficult as you approach mid to high 400s

Monster lifts man. Hit that 7 plate mark yet? Any advice on what progresses you the fastest or at least what worked best for you? Plateau busters you've found? Good accessory lifts? Thanks. And again monster lift. Keep killing it.

Pulled 5x130 kg today so I'm getting closer to my 180 kg goal, currently running modified 5/3/1 and assuming there will be no plateaus I'm hitting that in few months. BW is around 160 lbs.

Recently switched from convetional to sumo, managed 200kg (440lbs) for a double this morning. Still adapting a little bit to the sumo stance but pretty confident my numbers are going to be jumping up quickly

6 plates seems like a looong way away but you never know

So yesterday I managed 1 max rep which was 100kg. I'm super happy with how my progress is going I'm clearly getting stronger.

I know my form was horrible in this video, my form isn't usually like that, so I'll put it down to the weight as it broke my form quite easily. Previously to this I was on 90kg and really wanted to try push 1 100kg out.

Any feedback on my form is highly appreciated! Was the lift as bad as it looks? How do I make my back more flat when lifting heavier?

I am very interested in keeping track on my deadlifts.

My PR was done roughly a year ago before I dieted down, and since then I've lost a lot of fat and muscles. At that point it was 210kgs / 462 lbs. I will write my lifts down and post the results on here.

Starting smolov for deadlifts tomorrow. Pre quarantine max was 425x1 @165lbs, maxed 1 week ago and hit 365 @174lbs. Program will be ran off of the 365 max. Will be doing Monday 6x6@70%, Wednesday 7x5@75%, Friday 8x4@80% and Saturday 10x3@85% for 3 weeks. Running this deadlift program with GZCL UHF. Conventional deadlift stance. Left Overhand and Right underhand grip. Going to post here daily. Tapering down my squat frequency to just once a week, front squats every friday. Wish me luck guys, i'm going to need it.
