I believe I'm capable of 5 plates by the end of august, 550-575 by the end of next school year in May '11 (though 585 is my goal), and 675+ in the next three years or so.
I think I'll be doing 315x5x5 by the end of summer on squats, and hopefully 365x5x5 by the end of my next school year. 405x5x5 by the end of next summer if all goes as planned.
Benching: 225x3 currently, 225x5 by the end of summer, and 225x8 by the end of next school year.
Clean and press: 165x1 (no leg drive) by the end of summer, 185x1 by the end of the year, 200x1 by the end of the school year. 225x1 by the end of next summer.Training, philosophy, nutrition and biomedical discussion (2.0): http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146797403

I love how I've only ever seen two people deadlift over four plates in my lifetime, and one of them is me. It's so motivational, though on bodybuilding.com I feel like nothing and it certainly keeps my ego in check. In the end, it's just a competition against myself.

haha, yeah. I'll be happy when I hit 600, but my ultimate goal is 700+. anything less just isn't good enough. Few more years
Pretty sure they're locked out. If you pause it when I've reached my full ROM at the top and look in the mirror at the back you can see me fully standing up. They're not exaggerated lock outs by any means.. Maybe I'll do the exaggerated lock outs from now on so there isn't any doubt Cheers anyway
Thanks mate, it did feel good!My Madcow Journal - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136450181

Well I haven't gotten to do any serious deadlifting in the past week or so but I had a couple monstrous squat PRs. First on Wednesday I changed up my form a little (to better emulate a PLer) and I squatted 365x5 when my previous 1RM was 385 (tested about a month or so ago). 365x5 felt hard. Could've gotten maybe 1 more... Then today I squatted 405x5. Last time I tried maxing I couldn't even get 395 once. F*cking savage. I have video evidence that I'll upload later.
Holy sh*t man, you had it!!! Get some db rows and rack pulls in and get back at it. I'm actually upset that you didn't get that. Next time you post a vid 555 needs to be locked out or negs. srs. (not srs).
Strong pull. We're about even...for now lol. Looking forward to vids.
Good job! Keep up the good work.Last edited by Blizzard589; 06-19-2010 at 05:10 PM.

My bulks are soooo slow, especially now. I've decided to never let myself lose my abs again, and to Calorie cycle to the max since it is an INCREDIBLE way of staying lean while gaining muscle mass. I lost a few pounds this summer and I'm much leaner than when I started, yet my lifts are up and I've definitely gained muscle mass.
Vsvs, so close!!! You had that.

Thanks, man.
Monstrous lifts. Shouldn't rack pulls be higher than DLs? I can rack pull my max DL a few times. I guess it depends where you put the pins though... Lol at the cussing. I've done that before. You'll get it next time for sure, man.
You got it, man. Glad I could offer some motivation.Planted like a tree beside the river of truth.
