OP'll need to be careful with the chest however and be careful with stuff like Tribulus and other OTC stuff when undertaking a training regime, so that his chest doesn't start looking a bit off. Also, if you're going to be benching any time soon, try not to move up too quickly or do ego lifts regularly, as although you may not tear any muscles (as in injury tears, not growth tears), you could tear a tissue which may start to make your pecs look as if they're "sagging". If, in the event this does happen, the best way to remedy that would be to do pushups (both at chest width and shoulder width) in order to try and shape the chest back up with these targeted bodyweight exercises - and um, don't age too quickly in your twenties lolBattlefield 8 fan
