    Protein Powder + Oatmeal

Anyone ever mix this for a Carbup meal?

I tried making oatmeal with protein powder + milk in the past, but it didnt work.

I see that ON oats and whey, and I wonder if I cant just make the same stuff by mixing oatmeal and protein powder in a shaker bottle.

Nah you don't need to. Make your oatmeal first and THEN add your powder. Prevents clumps. I used to eat this twice a day before I started keto.

I mix oatmeal and whey in my shaker cup and use a stick blender to mix and cut up the oats. Other times I have placed oatmeal in a blender and chop it up into a grainy powder.

Half this forum probably does it, bud. We call it proatmeal. Give it a search.

Nuke some oats, then dump some protein in. Stir and enjoy.
