    It wouldnt hurt you, it only has 25 cals. But if youre doing it to calm ur sugar craving you should buy a hyooge pack of gum and pop one in ur mouth after a meal or something. Barely has any calories and ur constantly chewing so unconsciously you wont want those ice pops.

    folks, this is where the word "moderation" comes into play. If you are eating 25 of those, then you are taking in 625 calories. If you are talking a couple, or even 4, then it is just 100 calories, which should fit within practically anyone's daily allotment of calories, even on a cut.
