What do you think this guys body fat is and how much more do you think I have to go to reach it. I know that is a weird question but I am just curious. In my picture I am about 13% I am probably about 12 now. Thanks

He was on a program called Castrol Rankings, and they did alot of tests on him. Measuring strength, vertical leap etc and they said that about his bodyfat. Back when he was with Manchester United, his bf was at 7 %, and I can only imagine it has gotten lower since then, because he has put on more muscle since then.

yea i saw that also he is 3% than a super model. also playing for real madrid he looks like hes gotten more muscular so o_o

No delt/chest separation, no arm vascularity at all, no shoulder vascularity, no ab vascularity, slight serratus. He's prob 10-11% with shopped abs.
