    I'm confused because I'm 133lbs. And I squat atleast 325, I haven't maxed out in a long time though and I'm not bragging I'm just confused because everyone else is saying smaller numbers but maybe it's because I'm 5"5.

    When i weighed 140 i could get up 135 for 11 and had a cheating max of 190 (bounce and completely arched back.)now around 155 lbs i rep 140 for 15ish (so 200+ bench).now switching to SS again since i'm not done with linear progression. As for deadlift around 300 lbs and i'm 5'7
