was 15'', then went on a failed cut and dropped creatine and carb cycled. Dropped all the way to 13.75 (pic in my avi is at 13.75)
Now climbing my way back up. At 14'' now.

I have a small 13.5inch arms. Ive recently gained alot of weight and i imagine my arms were much smaller as i never measured them back then. In the last year ive gained over 20lb. Been working out for the better part of 7 month now, i believe my arms are looking much bigger than they did in the past, I have a good workout routine the only thing lacking is the diet :/ lol

What does measuring "cold" mean? Is that just w/o flexing? I thought the real way to measure was straight with no flex...

16, 5'8-5'9, 150 pounds, 12 3/4ths :s havent had any good equipment nor access to a gym, but I found a dumbell laying around the house i can stack some weight on so i can get about 30 pounds, and i invested in a door gym so im hoping to change that.
