    How should it be?

    135x8

    165x6

    185x4

    205x3

    215x3

    225x1

    i dont get it i know i might be able to pull 225 for 3 reps...

    need help on this i am new to deadlifting BTW

    warm up sets

    as heavy as you can for 8-12 reps
    as heavy as you can for 6-8 reps
    as heavy as you can for 4-6 reps
    as heavy as you can for 1-3 reps
    as heavy as you can for 20 reps

    same principle for squats as well.
