Just saying T-Bol was a waste of money for me, but I would consider getting Activate again, as part of a PCT.

well, i and many other people here can tell you t-bol works. i actually prefer t-bol over act. x but they are somewhat comparable. maybe you just responded better to the higher dose of divanil in act. x as opposed to the other ingredients in t-bol.

Not sure where all this T-Bol hate is coming from. As someone who's used it, and is very familiar with the ingredient profile, I can tell you that T-bol does work. It's E-Bol that I question.

lulz are had, t-bol is amazing. c-bol is great, e-bol was ok for me, I may try it again now that Ive transitioned to more of a powerlifting type routine.

They can all be had at good prices too, TL is top notch in ever aspect. Especially as they are one of the industry leaders for raw ingredients, hence you know your getting whats on the label.

I can't remember. The full study is available on the internet. I'm sure you know that a volume of distribution (Vd) is an inherent property of a compound and isn't dose-dependent. The only way to change it would be to alter the compound (methylation, exc).

My diet and workout are flawed? Stats: 5'6", 164 lbs
Stats: I cut to 145 and 155 for fights, so I'm not trying to gain a ton of weight.

Oh yeah, since you want to bring up stats, for your height, your weight and measurements aren't particularly impressive, and based on your weight and measurements, your big 3 are ****.

And yes, I'm saying your diet and workout are flawed, because if you went 2 months without making any gains, than you were doing something wrong. Got a problem?

Fact is, unless you lost the genetic lottery and have low test, there is going to be no statistically significant difference in gains at your age from a test booster.

Some people have naturally low levels of SHBG, and therefore taking something (e.g. T-Bol) which lowers it further would produce no effect from baseline.

I'm not familiar with the ingredients of Activate (besides divanil), but it's possible that one (or more) of the ingredients was more beneficial for his physiology.

I think his point was, that regardless of taking T-Bol or not, if you go 2 months and make *no gains at all* you did something wrong.

Actually he said, "No significant difference in my workout or diet."

i.e. altering one variable (adding T-Bol) did not produce different results.

Actually he said, "No significant difference in my workout or diet."

i.e. altering one variable (adding T-Bol) did not produce different results.
He said he went from having gains with activate extreme, to having 'no gains whatsoever' while on t-bol, and then insisted that his diet and workout didnt change between the two time periods. Or at least thats how I'm reading it

This is a good point too that I think more people should pick up on.

If you make a few gains in a few places while taking a product it doesn't really mean too much... you should be doing that anyhow. It seems like most people don't understand their bodies well enough to have any clue if a product is doing anything for them or not. People just like attributing gains to supplements rather then their own hard work.

Update: Dr. P has seen and agreed in concept to the preliminary Ebol/Ebol free Blueprint plan for On Fire. Up next; I'll be reaching out to On Fire to pass it by him. From there, if acceptable to both parties we'll work out some particulars and then..... time to get this party started.

Props to all parties for stepping up. On Fire, I'll be in touch...

It really should be. Let's think about this for a second..

We have a board member that didn't feel Ebol did him justice. Feels much of the postiive Blueprint + Ebol reviews were likely due to the unique training/dietary protocol contained therein. Fair opinion and we all have them. Instead of ignoring it, Thermo stepped up to the plate to make the offer: re-run Ebol at our expense and we'll buy a copy of The Blueprint for you to use with/without. Let the chips fall where they may...

On Fire really has nothing to lose out of pocket and quite possibly, much to gain. How many of us have run through a bottle of X only to be left empty handed, bitter (and poorer) for the experience?

I don't even want to think about the $ I wasted over the years doing this. Wish just 1 company would have stepped up to the plate with this offer. Just one. If we had more constructive collaboration like this, our little world would be a much better place.

no doubt you might react to one better than another, but he is saying he made no gains at all right? wouldnt that be more from improper training than using a product that didnt work well for him?

This is exactly why I consider myself lucky to be selected in this process. It's VERY rare to find a company that's willing to put their product on the line in the face of being called out.

Kudos to both Dr. P (and I'd guess Bane for supplying the e-bol) and to Rob (Mixelflick) for designing the program. Rob should now have my email. I'll get a log put up fairly soon and I hope to start this experiment Monday the 7th.

you making a new topic or just posting it up in here?

will be a great log and get some good advertising for blueprint... just yesterday some little 18 yo was calling it a "worthless workout program". Proof for people who couldn't be bother to look at the evidence already available.

and about the tbol/activate X above... agree with everyone else, your not gaining then you are... your doing it wrong.

May I kindly ask why do you think T-bol as a testosterone boosters works effectively? Are you speaking in general "test-boosters" work? or just specifically T-bol?

One of the thoughts a friend told me is why would Test-boosters work in the first place? People start to decrease their levels at age 35 thus Test-boosters aren't effective so it is a scam. Another point he made why it was effective as a actual Testosterone given from a doctor to be in higher doses than a product prop blend of (mg's)
