wow just wow, xtend is working wonders. My last 3-4 workouts ive finished in under an hour and the weights gone up. (less rest)

^^^^^ really happy about that 185x2, my incline sky rocketed, but my flat sucks....maybe ill concentrate on incline and just do dumbbell flat????

Today was military press day but my shoulders still being ghey, so i did upperbody...today was my last upperbody day, and tuesday my last squat day before i go to florida for 5 days. Taking some rest.

2 month lifts update
bench - N/a, shoulder...probably still 225 or lower
squat - 295x1 -20lb gain
deadlift - 365x1 - 35lb gain
pictures will come later tonight, doing squats today cuz my shoulder hurts to much to do any upperbody. besides back, but thats another day (deadlift day)
edit- and squat videos today, ill try to be sneaky...dont think my gym allows cameras.

biking 5 miles to work sucks after a leg day , i know 5 miles isnt alot...ill work my way up, gonna run 2 miles 4 times a week and increase it every week by 1. Same with swimming.\
goals by next year:
be able to run 20 miles straight with a good pace
bike 50 miles non stop
100 pushups no rest
30 deadhang pullups
alot of situps
swim 1 hour nonstop
we'll see how that goes
