how long does it take for whey protien powder to go bad?
i have a tub of whey protien powder that i brought 5 months ago its been sealed for about 3 months it smells and tastes okay, it said on the label that you should throw it out after 3 months after opening.
can i still use it or will i get sick or is protien no good?

You should be fine so long as it was stored properly and of good quality.
