    If a man has a really curvy butt and has a lot of fat on his butt hips and thighs...

    does that mean he's high on estrogen? I hate having a ghetto booty. I notice even fat men dont tend to have big asses, or if they do, its still proportionate to their body. Mine sticks out and is curvy like a woman's.

    My upper body is that of a god, as I have very broad shoulders a big chest and impressive back due to weightlifting. But my v-taper is ruined due to not having a lean waist or ass cause its so fat down there. Hardly any fat on my gut, though.

    You're not the only one mate.

    Granted I'm a fat dude, so when I loose my weight, my ass will shrink in size too, but not a huge amount, I'm just naturally 'Blesses' with having a big ass. Some people are just made that way mate, I don't know if there's anything that can be done about it.

    No butt (Lol) seriously i too store most my fat around my thigh and glutes and some at my lower back. But i allways have abs to some degree. Just cut down and reset and it will store fat in manlier places (Y) =)

    I have zero evidence to back this up and may be completely wrong. It's a complete opinion.

    I think most men gain weight in hips, thighs and butt from sitting (on the computer) for most of the day. That's where a lot of my fat is stored, I spend a lot of time on the computer.

    Yohimbine can help with estrogenic fat deposits. It'll only work if you're quite lean however.

    Well I have some good news for ya. I used to have a ghetto booty you could stand a cup on......not kidding. I was a fatty, but when I dropped all the weight I didn't do any leg training for the first 6 months. I train my legs now and girls say I have a nice a** all the time. It's all a matter of training smart to hide your genetic downfalls.

    same here dude i understand ur pain. well if u're not obese, spot reduction works(contrary to pro fitness models' beliefs). there's cream that u can massage to get rid of fat, some can get rid as much as 2cm, with consistency everyday for a certain period of time. what it does basically is improve blood flow. so, u can start with good isolation exercise(weight training improve blood flow & create lean muscle in the targeted area, makes fat elimination effective & more longer lasting) instead of the spending $ on creams. abductor machine is great as the range of motion is different from let's say hamstring curl with the goal of hitting glutes. if u do hamstring curl, u tend to feel ur calves & hamstrings more than ur glutes due to the nature of range of motion, which is why the aBductor machine is good. as a bonus use the aDductor machine to train inner thighs & hamstring curl to hit the hamstring. it helps to make ur ass smaller. at first ur ass might look bigger due to increased blood flow, do it consistently to build muscle mass(bulking), then 1 day cut down(cutting) ur fat. the results will be perfect.
