I re-invented the wheel... Feedback on something I am tinkering with?

    Hey guys,

    How are you doing?

I read the WS4BB template, and put this together:

    Monday:

    ME Squat (1 x 3 100% ME, 2 x 3 >90% 3RM)
    ME Deadlift (1 x 3 100% ME, 2 x 3 >90% 3RM)
    Hyperextension 3x10-12
    Leg Curl 3x10-12 (no GHR)
    Leg Press Calf Raise 3x10-12
    Cable Crunch 3x10-12

    Tuesday:

    ME Bench Press (1 x 3 100% ME, 2 x 3 >90% 3RM)
    Barbell Row 4x6
    Incline Dumbell Press 3x6
    Pulldown 4x6
    Side Lateral Raise 3x8
    Skull Crusher 3x8

    Thursday:

    RE Squat 5x5
    RE Deadlift 5x5
    Hyperextension 3x10-12
    Leg Curl 3x10-12 (no GHR)
    Seated Calf Raise 3x10-12
    Crunch 3x10-12

    Friday

    RE Bench Press 5x5
    Pulldown 4x10
    Shoulder Press 3x8
    Chest Supported Dumbell Row 4x10
    Shrug 3x8
    Barbell Curl 3x8

I think it looks good on "paper", but would be interested in your feedback

The 5x5 Squats/Deads will be done with a straight weight, but won't be done THAT heavy. It is mainly being done just to increase my volume on the main lifts, and help build some muscle.

I am only an intermediate, and I don't really like lifting plans (5x5 etc). Please don't get me wrong, they sound like awesome programs (from feedback etc), but I just like more variety in my training.

I am not arrogant or anything, so all feedback is welcomed and will be taken note of.

    Thanks in advance

Deadlifting twice a week? IDK anything about westside but that doesn't look right.
I have no E-stats to post but this is my Journal:

you will probably be spent after the ME squats on day 1. i'm not so sure about doing ME deads right after.

and if endpoint is right about the 55kgs you could always just go with a much simpler program and still see great results and save yourself the time of thinking up a new complicated program.

I know you dont like the idea, but right now for your current strength levels, you need something like 5x5.

I know you think its boring, but once you get up there...and UNDERSTAND how your body works, you can progress to WS4SB....and once you have mastered that, then you can start writing programs
