2) Research the company as a whole, and the position you want, and try to naturally integrate that into the questions they ask you.

i saw first interview so im assuming first job, so just casual wear would be good. tshirt and jeans.

wear dress shirt, tie, dress pants and shoes (black socks are a must, my boss hates white socks with dress pants(i work at a private golf club in the restaurant))

make eye contact, act confident but not cocky, be polite, outgoing, friendly, smile alot, AGREE with them, try to make a great first impression, style your hair nicely etc. bosses look at the smallest things.

As a teen, the job you're going for usually means by the time you get the interview, they want you working there like 90% sure, just do the interview well and you're basically in. This is not always the case but it USUALLY is.

- Frim handshake (REALLY IMPORTANT)
- Prepare for questions like 'why do you wanna work here? What do you know about the company etc.
- When offered oppurtnity to ask questions do not ask about salary lol. Ask questions like 'what does the job entail' etc so it seems like you're interested
- Crack a joke(good one, that is) if the opportunity arises to lighten the mood. Avoid sexist/racist jokes etc lol
- Look sharp. Don't go in there with your hair looking like a rug and expect to get it.
