growing taller 18+

I have suffered malnutrition when I was 15 and it lasted for 5-6 month in total. I was dieting, and got an eating disorder. I have not grown taller till I turned 16 years 6 month old and have been growing since then. I am now same height as my dad ( 6 ft 1 ) . Is there still a chance to grow taller taller after 18?

It really depends on your genetics. I stopped growing up in the 8th grade, so did one of my brothers, the other two brothers didn't get to their adult height until they were off to college. (we're all four 5'8" btw) So there is no way for me or unfortunately you to know.

I grew over two inches after 18.

My husband didn't stop growing until he was 22. From 17-22 he went from 5'8 to 6'.

Yep, you can. Like someone posted earlier, depends on your genetics.

I also grew 2 inches from age 19 to 22, I went from 6 foot to 6' 2" then it stopped.

It seems I kept growing a little up to my low 20s. I might be wrong, never took measurements, but it seemed like it.

I grew from 5'8" to 5' 9.5" during college

If you want to find out if you have any more growing to do, you can have a doctor xray your long bones (like the femur). If the ends (where growth occurs) have not yet fused, you will grow some more. If they have fused, you are done.

I was 6'2" at 18. I grew 3" more between 18 and 21.

at 18 I was 5'10". At 25 I was 6'1". Highly possible to keep growing.
