That price would be ok, but I would want to try it out before taking it home. Some of those old universal machines didn't have very good biomechanics, I've tried several that I didn't like the feel of the movement, however, I've not tried that one.

That bar is in excellent shape, and they aren't cheap brand new......

That is over $200 less than what you can get a new one shipped to your location. Just make sure the condition is good.

and bumper plates / bar package from rogue
but that puts me in the whole nearly 2k

It's an awesome bar, I have it and the obx-20 and they are by far my favorites out of all my bars. But I understand that youre needing to get other stuff first.

I don't think I'd spend that much on a bar unless I was doing major reps with 295+ and if money was no option I'd buy it new.

And most of it is not that great. I was there today and will be bidding on a few items, but a lot of it is in poor condition. If anyone is going to be bidding and wants more information on any of the items they can send me a message and I can probably give them a better idea of condition. The Arc Trainers and Ellipticals all seem pretty rough.

I have been and bid on a lot of auctions over the years. This is the first one in my hometown and the selection is pretty disappointing. I just missed a great one about an hour away that was not advertised well. You never know how the auctions will go, but hopefully a few items go cheap.

What do you think is the max weight for this thing? I'm a lil worried about the space it takes up as I only have about an 8x12 area. I'm sure he would take 60 for it which is a pretty good damn deal.

EDIT:

Person says it is 50inches or so by 30 inches. Think it may be too long for my space. In my space now I have a power rack a weight tree and a seated calf raise machine.
